Having traveled to Cuba and worked at a printmaking studio, visited artist's studios, and the ISA (among other art schools), it is an important cause. I know one of the Representatives from my home state, Jake Flake of AZ, has championed this cause. Art and "real" culture is everywhere, no watered down versions. When I returned, I was put on a terrorist watch list, and always looked forward to a man touching my underwear on a stainless steel table, asking me inappropriate questions, and responding to my questions with vagaries. Thank God, my name has somehow disappeared from the database, but my experiences and memories of Cuba will always be with me.

Thanks for posting this, Rex. I hadn't seen it, and it's an extremely important cause.
